117ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 24/7 availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access.
In no event shall 117ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 117ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
117ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
